Care for Caregivers

You don’t need to do this alone. Caregiving can be an act of love, but it can also be physically, emotionally, and spiritually exhausting. Whether you’re caring for a loved one, a client, or a community, it’s vital to care for yourself too. Through personalized, compassionate support, I help caregivers replenish their energy, process their emotions, and navigate their caregiving journey with greater ease and resilience. Let me be a part of your team.

“My parents are getting older…”

  • If your parents are getting older, and you’re wanting to broach conversations with them about end-of-life planning, you’re in the right place! Let’s create some strategies and get you well resourced, so that you can feel more confident in bringing up some of these tough topics.

Care just for you

  • I know how hard it is to even think about taking care of yourself when you are a caregiver 👀.

  • Depending on your needs and interests, we explore care strategies and practice implementing them together both during our sessions and in-between them.

Navigating the logistics

  • There are so many moving parts to keep track of when you are taking care of someone.

  • Receive support in navigating it all and learn different resources to support you along the way from someone who works in the field.

What does caregiver support look like?

Every session is different, but generally we spend part of the time talking (your space to vent or share any challenges and receive support), and part of the time exploring a wellbeing practice together (think yoga, meditation, reiki, therapeutic horticulture). This is your dedicated time and you’ll come away with actually having practiced or received some type of care for yourself and gain new ideas and strategies for support outside of our time together.
